I have a double room available in a 3 bed end of terrace house in welwyn Garden city.

The double room is furnished, with double bed, and has a virgin tv box. No TV though.

The cost for this room is £400 per month

The house has wireless internet.
There is shared use of bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room and garden

The bathroom will only be shared with 1 other person, as I have an en suite in my room in loft.

There is bay parking at the front.
The house is about a 5 minute walk to nearest shops & pub. And around 20-25 minutes walk to WGC train station & town centre.

Ideally I am looking for another female housemate
