The main bathroom you will share with two other people, who are also clean and tidy.

The single room has access to a cupboard/wardrobe outside the room and under the bed storage. The total cost of this room per calendar month is £350 including all bills.

I recognise that whilst you are renting a room off me, it is about more than that, to make it your home for whatever length of time you need it for.

There is a deposit required of £350 for the room payable before moving in.

The single room is available to move into on 1st August.
