Box room At Reduced Rent for genuine animal lover

I have a small box room to let at a reduced rent to a kind responsible but assertive person who will look after my cat during the month when they are here and also does not mind helping with 2 greyhounds who are absolute sweethearts of boys. I am away 10 days per month so any help during that time is appreciated. I am looking for someone who is really into animals and some one who is patient, has a sense of humour and is easy going.


The room has a tv, wi fi and storage.

It is a very friendly and relaxed household. Located in very quiet area. It is modern, comfortable, clean and tidy. It is a 15 minute walk to Shire Park and the Town Centre.

Welwyn Garden City town centre has plenty of coffee shops, a shopping mall and trains into London take approximately 20 minutes.
