I have a newly decorated double furnished room for rent in my two bedroom flat it comes complete with 2 chest of drawers, wardrobe and double bed. There is a 40" flat screen tv and full sky tv and shelving the flat has a separate bathroom and toilet. Fully applianced kitchen, Dining and living room with patio doors leading to the communal garden. I am 35 and work as a sales administrator in Welwyn Garden City. I am very chilled and enjoy my evenings in on the sofa and the odd night out but i'm not a party animal.
