The room has a fitted double wardrobe and additional storage (bedside table and additional wall cupboard). There is a beautiful large garden at the back, offering a private and tranquil outside space as well as a lovely front garden to sit and relax in with a glass of wine in the evenings! We also have a sunny conservatory and double lounge. Off street parking is available as well as garage storage for bicycles etc. There is one downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and an upstairs shared bathroom with shower and bath. The kittchen/dining room is shared as well.

The house is close to Monk's Walk School. The nearest train station (Welwyn North) is a brisk 10 minute walk away. The closest bus stop is 5 minutes down the road. Shire park is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away.

It is close to walking and cycling trails in Sherrardspark Wood, an ancient woodland. You can walk all the way through the wood into town, or go for a Sunday Pub Lunch at the Red Lion.

I am looking for a relaxed and friendly professional, and I can offer a safe, warm and positive environment. Ideally, someone who is interested in staying for a while (ie longer than 3 months).

Deposit and 1 month rent in advance required. Monday to Friday lodging is also available, as well as weekends only, please enquire regarding rate.
