Newly re-decorated double room

The room is furnished with a double bed with draws underneath, wardrobe, desk and shelving space from IKEA, which are only 3 years old. With white carpet and walls, it has pink highlights, as the room belongs to my daughter who is going into her second year at Durham University in October -(she is away all summer traveling so will not be at home until Christmas holidays, when she will stay in our spare room). Therefore, the room has a girly decor but would be suitable for either female or male.

The bathroom you will share with my other lodger, which is complete with shower/bath, sink and toilet. For the short periods when my children are home they will also share the bathroom with you.

In the kitchen, you would have a shelf in the fridge, as well as a cupboard for your food storage. You will be welcome to use my pots and pans to cook, as long as you wash them up afterwards!

My children will be home in the holidays for only a month (daughter 19 years old, son 22 years old), so you will predominantly be living with myself and my other lodger.
