The kitchen is very large with plenty of worktop space and all mod cons (fridge/freezer, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer).

Very close to local shops and approx. half a mile to town centre and station (Kings Cross in 25 minutes, West End 30 minutes).

There is myself and one other lodger currently living here. I am a smoker but only smoke outside. Smokers welcome but smoking permitted outside only

There is hi-speed broadband with unlimited download.

My current lodger is moving out after living here for just over a year, this leaves myself and one other (female) lodger. We are very friendly and easy going.
