Double room with en suite (£650 pcm all in)

I'm looking for a Flatmate to live with me in Welwyn Garden City. It backs on to Stanborough lakes so it's a lovely location and a 20 min walk to the train station into London.

I'm 28 and Head of Commercial for a retailer where I've worked for 7 years now, I live in the flat Monday to Friday and then commute back North to Derbyshire where I have a house at the weekends.

I'm very active and play tennis or go to the gym most evenings. I'm also impartial to a box set or good film. I'm a fan of healthy eating but I've also got a love for Nutella :-(

The flat is a 2 bed with two double beds and 2 bathrooms so you would have your own bathroom. There is sky, Internet, Apple TV and I have a clearer once a week. Rent is £650 all in including bills and council tax.

Anyway if you are interested the room is available from the week commencing the 7th March.
