There is outside ample parking and also local shops and chippy 5mins walk away, with local Tesco and Lidal supermarkets too.

The room comes part furnished including bed, wardrobe, draws and single couch, however you are welcome to bring your own furniture too if preferred.

The bills included in your rent are council tax, water and service charges. The Electricity and Gas bills are not included in the rent and instead shared by the tenants each quarter with a equal split payment.

Broadband is connected to the property and one of the tenants arranges this and asks for other housemates to contribute to the monthly cost, so very inexpensive.

Please note, references needed are: proof of previous address, a work contract/letter, the last 3 months of payslips and current bank statements and a photo ID. If you are not a UK citizen, your work/residency status visa will be required too, right to rent code etc. Please note UK citizens without a valid passport or photo ID will also require a rent to rent code.
