Cleaner included every other week for all communal areas only.
Central heating and the radiator has a thermostatic valve so you can control the temperature of your room.
Very good water pressure and unlimited hot water supply.

The House: 3 storey, modern and a complete refurbishment has just been completed.
The kitchen is immaculate and includes a
nice eat-in area. It is equipped with a cooker, fridges, freezer and a very reliable washing machine.

Outside space: we have a sunny patio area to relax in the summer and have great BBQs! The garden is furnished with a picnic table and chairs.

The Location: Quiet residential area, 10 min. walk to Welwyn garden city railway station. Trains take you to Kings Cross Station in central London only in 25 min.
Also it is 15 min. walk to Shire Park .

There are lots of buses 1 min away: Hatfield , St Albans, Luton.
Lots of supermarkets nearby: Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose, Morrisons also local small shops and a Post Office(10 min).
