This is a quiet house so discretion with noise (keeping music, audio to a minimum) is expected including any phone calls after 8pm to be done in dining room, respectful of other tenants' right to quiet.

Keep communal areas as you find them - free of clutter, use your allotted cupboard space. Expected to contribute to cleaning schedule though nothing extensive - just keep it clean.
