Large Double Room with own bathroom use.

Looking for a Female Lodger (only because that's what I'm used to).

I have sold my house but probably won't exchange until late August 2021. My existing lodger is leaving at the end of May, so the room is available form the 1st of June until the house sale is completed, (approx 2-3 months)

A clean, recently decorated, large double room available in Lemsford Village. Sole use of the bathroom, only myself living here and I have my own en-suite.
Kingsize bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, office desk & chair, two large windows (not over-looked), central heating, off road driveway parking, garage, Wi-fi.
Washing machine and separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridges and freezer, oven & hob etc.
Detached house with a garden backing on to horse stables.
Easy access to the town centre, train station, bus stops, local pubs and local shops.
Normally, when we don't have coronavirus I look after dogs (max 2 at a time) so you must be ok with this.
