Hi there!
I have a double room available in a four bed, terraced house in Weston, Hitchin. You'll have a space on the drive in front of the house and there's a large peaceful garden. There is a kitchen diner with a couple of comfy chairs looking out to the garden, providing a nice spot for reading. It's a really warm, sociable space in which I love to cook. l love baking Sourdough... so if you have mad baking skills I can learn from, you're in!
The room is £625 per month including bills. I have an en suite in my room, so you'll mostly have the main bathroom with over bath shower to yourself.
So, about the current occupants... I live here with a friendly cat called Rupert, a loopy Cockapoo called Lula and my happy little boy who is 5.
I'm a very chilled person, I enjoy roaming the countryside with the dog, gardening and sharing home baked food and drinks with friends. I have no preference as to the type of person who moves in, other than a tidy, non-smoker. My current lodger moves at the end of September so the room will be ready then.
