Short Term Room Available Now Until 13 January

Hi everyone! We have a friendly three person flat share here in lovely quaint and relaxing Wheathampstead, available now just until the 13th of January, as I have the flat on the market for sale, so I need to free up the room after this time.

It's a fabulous room with wide open far reaching outlook from the window into the countryside, and much larger than usual kitchen with lots of storage cupboards and great cooking facilities. The flat has been newly decorated throughout and a new shower with good pressure, and bath have been fitted. And we have a good size private garden at the back.

If you have a car there are spaces out the front or if you prefer to travel by bus there's a bus stop right out the front of the flat. You can easily get buses to any of the local towns, and if you need to get to the train station it's just an 8 minute drive to Harpenden station or 15 minutes to St Albans.

As the flat is on the market the only thing we kindly ask of you if you would like to join us in our flat share for a couple of months is that if there are any occasional viewings over the winter period that you keep the room tidy and clean with things stored away in the storage cupboards in the room just so it looks nice and presentable. I will of course give you as much notice as possible and it's usually at least 24 hours notice before a viewing is arranged.

We have high-speed Internet.
A local Tesco where you can get pretty much everything you need, as well as a great bakery and coffee shop with excellent coffee.
