The flat is currently on the market for sale, so this would suit someone who is happy with a flexible setup and open to staying for the duration of the sale process (likely around 3 to 6 months, possibly longer depending on the sale).

You’ll be sharing the flat with myself, a working professional. I like to cook, go jogging and swimming.

I'm looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful, clean and easygoing environment and so will be happy to join me in keeping the flat looking good.
