Hi everyone, my family own this lovely larger than usual (830 sq ft) 2 bed maisonette in the charming village of Wheathampstead. I'm staying in one bedroom, and I'm looking for a housemate that would like to share the flat with me and take the other double room.

Bus stop right outside flat to all local towns.
15 min bus to St Albans, Harpenden or Hatfield
Always parking spaces available
10 min drive to Harpenden and parking available for trains

Beautifully picturesque with friendly and polite people
5 min walk to good sized tesco
Bakery and great coffee
Surrounded by parkland and river for lots of fresh air and walks

About me:
I like to cook fresh meals when i can (so usually lots of fresh produce about the kitchen :), go jogging and swimming a lot, work on tech projects, and I've been sharing this flat for the last six years with other housemates, both girls and guys. It's been such a great place to flatshare together. I like to keep it tidy and clean so we have a lovely home to come back to. I respect privacy and quiet times, but very open to being social aswell :)

Looking for in a housemate:
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and cleans up after themselves in the kitchen and the bathroom, and doesn't play music loudly.

Bills:
We would split the utility bills 50-50.
Council tax is £87 each
Water £12.5 each
Energy £125 each winter / £50 each summer
Fibre broadband £25 each
