Double room available in freshly decorated 2 bedroom flatshare, with private garden and great views.

The flat is currently on the market for sale, so this would suit someone who is happy with a flexible setup and open to staying for the duration of the sale process (likely around 3 to 6 months, possibly longer depending on the sale), rather than a very short term stop gap. Minimum stay 2 months, with 1 months notice.

The home is kept clean, tidy and uncluttered day to day. For viewings, it’s important that the room can be quickly presented neatly, with personal items stored away. There is a deep wardrobe and additional storage cupboard in the hall to make this easy.

There are occasional viewings, usually on Saturdays, with reasonable notice given. During these times, it helps if the flat is free for around 45 minutes so viewings can take place smoothly.

Looking for someone who is clean, organised, easygoing and comfortable with this kind of setup.
