Huge luxury room with superking bed & ensuite

We have, to let, a very large bedroom with your own bathroom next door. Superking bed (180 wide). Large built in wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is also a smart TV.
This room is in a quiet area and there is plenty of parking, a huge garden with tennis court and fire pit and lots of walking/cycling routes from our home. The nearest gym is a 10 minute walk.
There are also two lovely pubs nearby.
There is a lounge/dining room with various small appliances including, microwave oven, Air fryer oven, toaster, kettle, blender, rice maker, bean to cup coffee machine and slow cooker . This lounge is shared with ONE other person as we will have two tenants in total and we have our own part of the house.
PLEASE NOTE THERE WOULD BE LIMITED ACCESS TO OUR KITCHEN FOR USE OF THE AGA OVEN.
There is a large fridge freezer for your use in the basement along with a washing machine and dryer with lots of space to dry clothes.
There is ample parking with gated entry and somewhere to keep a pedal bike.
The rent also includes all bills - fibre optic wifi, heating, water etc and a FULL CLEAN OF THE ROOM AND ENSUITE and change of towels and bedlinen once a week!
PS We are a veggie household and just ask that lodgers do not bring meat or meat products into the house and friends of tenants welcome in the lounge but not to sleepover.
