Simple room to rent.

I have a simple room to rent out to someone working.

I work from home, so prefer a tenant who works and is out for chunks of the day, that way we each have time in the place. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is a TV in the living room but some people prefer just to use the Wifi and watch programmes in their room. Outside there is room for a small car, or you can park in the road. The room has a built in wardrobe and a single bed in it and chest of drawers.

The flat is near to the railway line and near the station, near to walks in the Lee Valley and near to shops on the High Street and in Hoddesdon. The rent includes council tax and all utilities except the phone. Please bring your own phone.

Ideally I want to rent this room out, but exceptionally might consider someone wanting the bigger double room, but for £110 a week. I just might have to sell my flat, but so far it is has been on sale for over a year without any one showing interest.
