About us:
I work full-time nearby and am also an on-call firefighter, so I can be in and out at unusual hours. My partner works regular hours. We’re friendly and happy for the odd chat but respect each other’s space.

What we’re looking for:

Stable, full-time job (proof of income required)

Friendly, respectful, tidy in your own space and in shared areas

Happy to keep your own food separate

Non-smoker/vaper (strictly no smoking even outside)

Comfortable living with a dog (and potentially having your own pet if they get along!)

Preferably not working from home

Okay with occasional overnight guests, but not a revolving door of visitors ( couples could be considered but would be required to contribute to bills etc)

Minimum stay 3 months – ideally 6–12 months

Rent & Bills:

£600 per month depending on room size/furnishings

Bills shared equally on top (gas, electric, water, broadband, council tax)

Deposit required + tenancy agreement
