En-suite room

Ground floor, en-suite room available on a semi flexible timeframe, ideally through the summer, potentially longer. Sharing with me half the time.

See pictures. Toilet with shower as show. Room has a bunk bed in it, double on bottom, single on top. Pick your level and use the other for storage or guests.
Wardrobe and drawers.
Bike storage for 1 bike.

I can't guarantee a parking space at the house as I will use it when home. There is some off road parking a couple of mins walk away (local rules apply at in street parking etc.)

Part of the deal is to mind my collie dogs whilst I'm away with work, compensated for with cost of rent etc. can discuss more details if viewing. So you'd need to be a dog lover.
