Room to let in shared flat

Furnished bedroom to rent in 2 bed flat near Aviemore centre.

Very quiet building, plenty of parking, 5 minutes walk to centre.

I live out most of the time, living at work or out in my van. Generally away minimum of 4 nights/week and most weekends.

Looking for someone that’ll look after the place and make the most of the location, rather than it sitting empty most of the time.

£580 includes council tax, internet, Netflix, water etc. Only additional expense is 50% of the electricity bill. Typically an additional 40-60/month, depending on time of year. Shared kitchen/bathroom/living area.
