Have a fully furnished single room, the room has 2 single beds but happy to take one out if requested, available for rent £140 per week. All bills are inc In the price, Wifi, tv provided in room, shower and bathroom upstairs and dining area with a table, full access to a decent size kitchen. Own keys will be given, long or short term use accepted. Will require (8 weeks) notice when leaving the property, for the deposit to be returned.
