I have a fluffy doggo who is very friendly, but does not jump up, he is quite shy, but will love a back rub of anyone he gets to know.

I will supply all of my own furniture, but will be sourcing furniture for the spare room, so I will update this ad when that has been done, so at the present there is the possibility of bringing a bit of furniture if you needed to.

The house is immaculate, and brand new and has air source heating, which can be set on a thermostat upstairs and downstairs. Cosy!

I enjoy cooking and have most kitchen gadgets... mini dishwasher, air fryer, pressure cooker, as well as the normal appliances. You are welcome to share herbs and spices, and do the odd shared meal, if you are sociable and enjoy cooking too.

The cost includes rent, leccy, broadband and council tax. The cost will be £160/week from May to October, as heating costs will be lower. Or £200 per week for shorter stays (less than a month).

I am a creative person, and quite outgoing, but also like to chill. Love walks with my doggo and arty projects.

I will consider shorter stays if the room is free.
