The house is in a lovely, quiet residential area that is walking distance from the city centre, shops, several supermarkets, the river, canal, gym, rugby park, train and bus stations and it's on a bus route.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable and well-equipped living room, and share of a bathroom (also has shower) with one other person.

The parking is on road and there is always plenty space available.

This Bright Kingsize room is very spacious with excellent storage. There are three double mirrored wardrobes, a walk-in cupboard, a triple chest of drawers, a desk, bedside table and kingsize bed.

It's important to get the right mix of people.

I'm looking for a respectful, clean and tidy person who cleans up after themselves in shared areas and keeps their room clean and fresh.

Best match for someone with a busy outside life who views their home as a peaceful sanctuary.
