Room for Rent

Warm and comfortable room for rent in a detached house based in Westhill, Inverness, only a short drive to the city centre.

You will be sharing the house with myself, a 28 year old male and my 8 month old Golden Retriever, so must be dog friendly. I am self employed and will potentially be in and out through the day.

You will have a large room with king sized bed and En-Suite, you will be welcome to join me in the main living room but you will also have your own small sitting room with a comfy couch to chill, if you want your own space.

Large driveway with plenty room to park
Use of shared spaces such as living room, kitchen, dining room, garden etc.

£525 per month. One months rent in advance. £525 Deposit is required. Available 14th of September.

Would suit professional person, no couples, non smoking.
