Hello I am looking to rent out one of my double bedrooms to a like minded female that’s clean & respectful. All bills (including Wi-Fi) are included, the room to rent is furnished and in a new build penthouse apartment at the front of Milton of Leys with stunning views over Inverness.

There is parking directly outside with enough spots for two per flat, it is right beside a bus stop with direct access to town, it is very close to the inshes retail park which includes gyms, large shops and cafes. The flat is also only a 5 minute drive to the hospital.
