Will come with all bills included accept a tv license and council tax which will need to be split between yourself and the other tennant. (Council tax Band B)
Electricity and wifi are covered by myself.

I’ll be looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will look after the place as it is currently immaculate. Also someone who will get on with the other tennant as I want to keep everyone happy.
