Large room in quiet residential home in the Crown area of Inverness. House is in a great location and within a short walking distance of city centre.

There is 1 king bed and 1 single bed and can sleep up to 3 people. (Singe bed can be removed for single/double occupancy). It is an attic room and is quiet, warm and bright and has a dormer window with a view over the city to the hills beyond.

There is a separate fully tiled fitted ensuite with bath, electric shower, hand basin and WC.

Kitchen and sitting room is shared with the owners family (3 in total) who live on the property. A mutual arrangement will be made for access times to kitchen

Parking is on the street and I can supply a permit

Rent for single occupancy is £140/week in advance
Rent for double occupancy is £160/week in advance

Deposit of £500
