Looking for a chill room-mate

Two bedroom flat with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is open plan into the living room with the spare room being directlty upstairs from the living room. I am looking for another tenant that can take up a joint occupancy of the flat that can work together with me in covering household expenses like electricity, WiFi etc.
