Double room available for rent (inclusive of all bills) within a two bedroom, two bathroom house in the Milton of Leys/Inshes area of Inverness. The house is just over three years old so appliances are still fairly new, and there is parking in front of the property and a grass garden at the back. Both bathrooms are shared.

The room is currently furnished but can also come as unfurnished if preferred. Must be comfortable around pets as a very friendly two and a half year old golden retriever and eleven year old cat also live here!

Close to UHI Inverness campus, Raigmore Hospital, Inshes Retail Park and local bus route.

Ideally hoping for a friendly and clean female housemate who will settle in well and feel at home.
