A comfortable double bedroom in a 2-bed flat located in the centre of Inverness, within a short walking distance to the high street (7 mins), train station, supermarkets, bus stops, gyms, and much more.

P. S.: The room currently has a super king-sized bed placed by the previous tenant, as shown in the picture. However, it can be changed back to its original setup (with a double bed and table), as these items are in storage.
The flat features a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and all necessary pots, pans, plates, and utensils.

Rent includes all bills (broadband, council tax, and electricity).

About me:

I'm Giovanni, and I moved to Inverness from Edinburgh over a year ago after many years of living in Edinburgh. I run a small ecommerce business, which I’m looking to grow over the next few years. I love to lift weights and train in martial arts. I don’t drink or smoke, and I enjoy hiking, visiting restaurants with friends, travelling, exploring new places, and discussing business.

I’m quite an open-minded individual who enjoys topics centring on finance, economics, history, philosophy, health, and much more. Most importantly, I’m tidy, quiet, understanding, and respectful. I have lived in five countries around the world and have mostly had flatmates from various backgrounds during my time in Edinburgh. I'm still friends with most of my flatmates today, so I’d like to think I’m experienced in that sense.

I’m not that fancy and I don’t take life too seriously...

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, understanding, respectful, and who wouldn’t mind washing their dishes after use or helping out with keeping the flat clean.
