Double room private bathroom 30 mins from Invernes

Ours is a 4 bed bungalow rural location 15 miles from Inverness. Will probably need own transport but there are buses 4 times a day.
Own double room, TV, our house has two shower rooms so mostly the bathroom will be private to you. However on the odd occasion when family/friends visit the bathroom will need to be shared.
Got a couple of acres of garden so someone who would be happy to lend the occasional hand would be most welcome!
We are quiet non smoking people but enjoy good company, eating out and are friendly and approachable.
We have a lovely woodburner and good broadband speeds
We cannot accommodate working from home so professional person//contractors very welcome.
Washing machine, dishwasher, range cooker etc
We are sometimes away so responsible person who does not mind being alone at times is fundamental.
PLEASE NOTE: we would consider cheaper rent in return for occasional dog/ keeping an eye on the chickens/house
