Double room for rent in shared house in Smithton area available from 01/04/24. Preferably a female tenant, non-smoker (at least not cigarettes) who likes dogs as I have a small dog.

Shared fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. Office space available to suit somebody working from home or a student. Off road residential parking available.

Bus stops close by with good bus routes to retail park, hospital and town centre. Short walk to local shops and GP Surgery. Inverness College & Hospital are 10 minute drive and the airport 15 minute drive.

Bills included: Council Tax, internet, gas, electricity.
Deposit of £300. Full month’s rent (£500) to be paid at the start of each calendar month. References required.
