Bungalow to share

Four-bedroom, freehold, detached bungalow in Westhill, Inverness. I am looking for a housemate to share the bungalow with. There is a choice of 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite. Large garden, firepit, barbeque. There is a gym with some equipment and floor space.

I am South African and moved over in 2008. Very sociable and enjoy folk gathering around so visitors are welcome within reason. I would like to live in the house together as a home as opposed to the tenant staying in their bedroom.

I would prefer a female housemate as I work offshore and my entire time is spent with blokes, so at home I would like some different company. I also think a female housemate will be easier to get along with and hopefully they will be tidier than a male. I am however happy to discuss sharing options with any potential housemate.

Council tax is band F.
