Large Double room in a shared house in Crown area of Inverses. 5 minutes from the city center.
Furnished with a Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV unit.
The house is currently occupied by myself, my fiance and my mum. We are all working professionals and would like somebody who is the same.
The room has been rented in the past and unfortunately we have had issues with previous tenants so are slightly cautious now and looking for the perfect flatmate on this occasion! :)
We travel a lot so must be somebody we can trust in the house whilst we are away. Somebody quiet, tidy and considerate of others space. and a professional who is in full-time work.
We all work long hours but are sociable and make the most of our days off where we can.
Must also be okay with cats, we have 2 young ones in the house, 1 of which is ginger and a nutcase, but they are both very friendly! :)
