Very large double bedroom in quiet area with private seating/lounge space and gorgeous forest views. Shared kitchen, bathroom and garden. Plenty parking on road.
All bills included except TV license which I don’t have/need. Fast fibre broadband.
Location: Kinmylies. Very close to Great Glen House, New Craigs and Craig Phadraig Forest. 35-45 min walk from train station (depending how fast you walk!).
Friendly, queer and liberal household. You’ll be living with me and my two small and friendly dogs. Happy to chat but also give you your own space. I have been a lodger with a live-in landlord myself so I know how important it is for you to have privacy and feel at home.
Women and/or LGBTQ+ folk preferred.
I may consider one small, calm and quiet dog if they get on well with mine. Unfortunately my dogs won’t be compatible with medium-large, intact, and/or dominant dogs or any other type of pet.
Happy for a move in date earlier in August if you don’t mind that I’ll still be decorating the hallway!
