The house is a working quiet clean professional house to relax after a hard days night work. It’s not a house to party or to hear loud tv gaming music speaking on the phone.
The tenants in the house are quiet respectful who don’t like noise as they all work different times of day and nights who don’t want to be wakened. It’s a relaxed house, great to relax and read a book.

All Tennant have lived in the house a long time.

Shared kitchen own full size fridge cupboards must clean after every use.

Shared bathroom must clean after every use.

Land lord contactable if something not working no problem to fix or replace.

The tenants don’t really have people round to the house if you do they must not disturb the house.
