Hi! I’ve got a double room available in my 2-bedroom flat, perfect if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and convenient. The flat is just a short walk from Inverness city centre.

About the Room - The room is fully furnished with:

- An ottoman bed for extra storage
- A built-in double wardrobe
- A dressing table with mirror
- Two bedside tables
- Smart TV
- There is also a key-lock bedroom door for extra privacy and peace of mind.

The Rest of the Flat:

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you’d need, including a cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, air fryer, coffee machine, and plenty of cookware/utensils. There’s also a washing machine (no dryer, but I’ve provided a drying rack).

Living Room: A shared, cozy space with a recliner sofa, and TV.

Bathroom: Shared, with a bathtub and shower.

- Double bedroom and shared common spaces within flat
- All bills (gas, electricity, council tax, and broadband)
