Small Kingsize Room in quiet home

Looking for a professional who only requires Mon-Fri only lodgings.

I'm renting out my spare bedroom in my home, it is a small room, with a tall wardrobe and a comfy King Size bed. My two spare rooms share the family bathroom. Rooms are on the 1st floor.

Full access to living, dining and kitchen area. On & Off Street Parking available. Good WIFI.

House is in Culloden, on the east of Inverness. 5-10 minutes to both the A96 and the A9, good bus route nearby also.

I live with my 8 year old Springer Spaniel dog who is very friendly.

References will be required, small deposit for keys also.
