I am looking for a professional person preferably male to rent my double room in my lovely warm 3 bed house which is situated above the canal in Inverness. The bedroom is fully furnished and spacious. You will have access to your own bathroom next to your bedroom (not ensuite). You also have access to the fully equipped kitchen with all the usual equipment eg oven microwave dishwasher washing machine etc. Use of the very comfortable living room /lounge With TV. There is parking available nearby. All bills are included.
I am looking for a friendly respectful and conscientious lodger.
