Hello!
I have a fully furnished, double room available from 16th of August 2026.
The house is located on the outskirts of Inverness in the new town of Tornagrain (15 minute drive from Inverness and Raigmore hospital). The town benefits from a nearby train station with direct routes to Inverness or Aberdeen and is on a regular bus route to Inverness, Inverness Airport and UHI. Inverness Airport is a 5 minute drive from the town.
The town has a cafe, village hall with a variety of weekly workshops and classes, tennis courts, village store, pharmacy and plenty woodland walks.

The property is detached with double car port and garden to the side and rear.
The house comprises of a dining/ kitchen area and utility/ toilet/ wash room downstairs. The kitchen has a fridge/ freezer, dish washer and oven/ grill.
Upstairs there is another living room, main bathroom and three bedrooms.
The available room is a a fully furnished, double sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is currently rented, however the tenant is possibly leaving at the end of September and therefore a second double room might be available too.

The house benefits from gas central heating and bills are relatively low due to it being a new build with solar panels.
