Shared dining room, kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 sunrooms and 2 covered verandas.
Garden at front and back with private driveway and access to garage to store bikes.
Really quiet location, room at the back of the property facing west.
Room furnished with kingsize bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, corner table, chair and tall mirror. Addition or removal of furnishings by request.
No smokers inside.
Rent paid biweekly in advance and 4 weeks deposit.
Initial contract for 6 months, and then renewed monthly thereafter.
4 weeks notice for either party.
Shorter lets considered by request.
