Single room to let in 2-bed flat in Inverness

Location: The flat is located in the Millburn area of Inverness, about 0.5 miles from the city centre/train station and just over a mile from Raigmore hospital. There’s a well serviced bus stop right outside and a supermarket nearby.

The room: This is a furnished single bedroom with a bed, chest of drawers and desk and chair. It’s on the second floor and you can see the Kessock bridge out the window, and a tiny bit of the sea in winter 😊

The flat: You would have shared use of all communal spaces, consisting of a lounge with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a bath/shower. There’s also a small communal garden out the back. All bills are included, broadband is fast and reliable.

The flat share: You would be living with a live-in landlady. I am a 28-year-old woman working as a social researcher. In my free time I like to paint, read and spend time in nature. I am looking for someone who enjoys living with other people, rather than seeing it as a necessary evil. If you like to occasionally share a cup of tea, dinner or a good chat, while also respecting each other’s space after a long day at work, this is the place for you. I work from home, so you would have to be OK with me being around during the day.
