One bedroom with separate lounge and private shower room in the upstairs of a residential dwelling. Owners accommodation is located downstairs only and is separated by a locked door. The front door is shared. Both rooms have locks with keys. The lounge has a kettle, fridge, microwave and crockery for simple meals. Both rooms have blackout blinds. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.

If there are 2 colleagues that require accommodation and are happy to share a shower room, the lounge can easily be turned into a bedroom. In this instance, a kettle, fridge, microwave and crockery will be available in both bedrooms, along with a comfortable chair or sofa. The cost would be £150 per room, per week (£300 total per week for two people sharing).

The letting is for Monday to Friday only so would suit a worker away from home during the week, perhaps contractors/those working in the construction industry. If you occasionally work the weekend, further nights stay can be discussed.

The accommodation is located in Culloden, Inverness in a quiet residential area. Off-road parking is available for one vehicle per room.

References from employers are required. The letting is covered under a short-term licence agreement so this cannot be someone's registered dwelling. This also means all relevant standards are met in terms of fire, gas and electrical certification.
