£700 per month (single occupancy)

Or £300 per week (ideal for builders and contractors needing short-term accommodation)

Couples welcome (+15% rent)

Bills and internet are included in the rent price.

Deposit: one month’s rent (for monthly lets) or one week’s rent (for weekly lets)
