Amazing location, indian landlady!

Hello!

I'm looking for tenants that only want short lets from September to March. The room will be £620 pcm, paid at the start of the month, there is a bathroom for communal use. I have my own en suite shower (but I sometimes like to take a bath!) .

I prefer people who are highly considerate, clean and non smokers/ vapers/ no drugs (zero tolerance to those things and to pets and sadly also to too much noise).

The rent needs to be paid on time as i will be a masters student for that period of time.

I'm an indian woman, professional background. I do a lot of indian food cooking(so it does get pungent with the garlic and onion, on repeat) and very much a home person otherwise and quite quiet but friendly.

The house: it's really cool, quirky and relaxing. 3 bedrooms but also a lot of spaces to relax including a nice garden newly renovated.
