Large studio room in small house

Will add more details and updated photos shortly (current photos are from last year and some of the furniture in the room has changed).

Room has:
- Single bed (can be changed to double if needed)
- Sofa which converts into double sofa bed
- Large chest of drawers
- Cabinet with drawers
- Table and chairs

Kitchen and bathroom are shared, but you have your own fridge. No shared lounge as both bedrooms are studio rooms with sofas and dining tables.

You’d be living with me and my two small and friendly dogs. I work from home when I’m in Inverness but I’m away travelling for work a lot (2-3 times a month).

I’m looking for someone tidy, friendly, and easy to live with. I’m afraid no regular nightshift workers as coming and going at unsociable hours will wake up the dogs. I’m happy to chat or give you your space as much as you’d like - I’ve had past lodgers so me and the dogs are very used to the set up and enjoy having a housemate!
