A little about the house first:

The house is very well located - being in a lovely, quiet residential area that is walking distance from the city centre, shops, several supermarkets, climbing wall, the river, canal, gym, rugby park, train and bus stations and it's on a bus route.

The parking is on road and there is always plenty space available.

The bathroom is shared between these two rooms and has both a bath and shower. Downstairs, there is use of a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable and well-equipped living room.

It's important to get the right mix of people. The room is best match for someone with a busy outside life who views their home as a peaceful sanctuary.

It is a quiet but friendly home, not a party house.
I'm looking for respectful, tidy lodgers who clean up after themselves in shared areas and keep their room clean and fresh.

This bright king-size room is very spacious with excellent storage. There are three double mirrored wardrobes, a walk-in cupboard, a triple chest of drawers, a desk, bedside table and king-size bed.
