Bedroom has built in wardrobe, bedside table, drawers.

Flat is fully furnished with sofa, tv, tables in the living room and kitchen is fully equipped with plates, pots & pans, crockery, kettle, toaster, fridge and washing machine. You’d have your own fridge & cupboard space.

Other flat mate (me) is super friendly, works from home full time and out most evenings and weekends seeing friends and doing hobbies.

I’m outdoorsy, enjoy a good walk, time with friends and just chilling out. I enjoy a clean and tidy space and someone who respects where they live.

Ideally looking for a young professional to move in long term.

Rent - £425 - payable to the landlord
Council tax - £95

Gas & Electric - £40

Fortnightly in the summer months:
Grass cutting service - £5

Total = £590 a month for rent and bills

This is a joint tenancy, so that flat will be both of ours!
