Hello, my current lodger has just moved away to start a new job so I’m advertising for her replacement.

My house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 10 mins walk from Raigmore Hospital and the Tesco at Inshes. It has wireless broadband, off street parking, garage for bikes etc and a private rear garden. The bedroom is fully furnished and has plenty of storage space. The living room, kitchen, bathroom are shared with me.

I work full time Monday – Friday and a couple of evenings a week and would prefer to rent the room to someone in full-time employment, although some of my previous lodgers have been full-time students.

I've been taking in lodgers for over 15 years so I'm an experienced and reasonable landlord. My ideal lodger would be someone sensible, trustworthy, easy going and friendly. Non smokers and females preferred.

Security deposit is £180 and £370 rent (no extra bills) is payable monthly in advance.

The room is available to view from 9 August.
