This house-share would suit a young professional person, probably around the 25-35 age range, who is clean / tidy enough, doesn't like playing music very loudly and is a non-smoker.
A large double room with its own shower room is available for single occupancy immediately. There are four young professional people living there, but there’s loads of space, a large lounge, 5 bathrooms (so one each) as well as a good sized kitchen-diner, a utility room and a garden at the back which catches the sun all day. The house contains all the facilities you need such as a large double oven, a microwave, plenty of fridge and freezer space and a washing machine. The price includes council tax, TV license and fast WiFi broadband, but the gas & electricity is shared equally between the five tenants.
The house is located in a quiet residential street in the Crown area of Inverness, a 5 minute walk into town, 2 minutes from the shops & pubs at Kingsmills, 5 minutes to Fraser Park and walking distance to the hospital. There is off-street parking for two cars, and two parking permits for the street can be obtained, which always seems to have plenty of spaces.
Room contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk and chair, writing desk (not shown on photos) and bookshelf. A seperate shower room with toilet & basin is for use by the occupant of this room only.
